Freedom of Speech-
Speech is not free or appropriate when it aims, provokes, and elicits profane materials, immoral content, or blatant disregard for human dignity and equality. The debasement of humanity is unacceptable; as such, no one person's rights are greater than that of another, perceiving this in tradition with the conservation of our United States, a Republic of One Nation Under God. In concordance with the principles of free religion and the rights endowed by our Creator. In addition, no offense can occur when the exercise of endowed moral rights and freedoms is promoted. Perversion of thought and the exercise of futility coerce others into inappropriate and unlawful behavior. By constructing a society of separation from principles of liberty, we promote, endorse, and cause discord.
Therefore, understanding these principles in part from the First Amendment, we recognize that acts of perverting, debasing, and infringing upon another person's sanctioned deviancies are not only intolerable but also unlawful.
As such, it is important to understand these guiding principles and foundational laws. Many of the pursuant acts can be considered high crimes, misdemeanors, and, in the relevant circumstances, treason.
In addition, where the Church has rights of volition and servitude, infringing upon those rights is indecent and improper. Should free citizens provoke, instigate, or degrade such rights, they can be considered unlawful.
No peace-bearing citizens shall have to be embargoed for these rights afforded by the Constitution. In constitutional accordance, no organized activities are allowed for which cause forbear the institutions of justice by degrading such rights.
